This Privacy Policy explains how iGame365 (“we”, “us”), a Navamitra Game Studio product, collects, uses and protects your information when you use igame365.com (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign in, we store your email address and a basic profile (display name, optional avatar) via our authentication provider.
- Activity you create. Games you favourite, ratings you give, and a record of games you play.
- Automatically collected data. When you visit, we record anonymous usage data: an anonymous visitor identifier (cookie), pages viewed, referring website, approximate country (derived from your IP address — we do not store the full IP), and your device and browser type.
How we use your information
- To provide core features — accounts, favourites, ratings and resuming play.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it (aggregate analytics such as active users and popular games).
- To operate and display advertising within games.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage: an anonymous visitor cookie for analytics, session cookies to keep you signed in, and cookies set by our advertising partner within games. Third-party services
We rely on these providers, each with their own privacy practices:
- Supabase — authentication and database (account and activity data).
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery (server logs, approximate location headers).
- GameMonetize & Google — the games and the advertising shown within them, which may set advertising cookies and use device identifiers.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above to operate the Service, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep account and activity data while your account is active. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Your rights”).
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and India’s DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
